[00:00:02] Speaker A: Which causes more division.
Number one, saying that your God is the only correct God and that everyone who believes different from you is wrong in this worshiping Satan. Or two, saying that there is only one true God, that God is all knowing and omnipresent. God is in everything. And this is the essence of being, of consciousness, of life itself, and is able to meet each individual where they're at, if they're truly seeking.
More specifically, which belief system creates more unity in the way that a God who is claimed by nearly all religions to be love would create?
Which belief system is seen naturally in the universe and in nature on earth?
Either an ecosystem of cohesion, of harmony, of interconnectedness between all living things and indeed even with non living decaying matter, or a rigid, divisive, winner takes all system of exclusivity and rejection of all others.
Does a tree reject the squirrel? Or do the trees simply live and breathe as trees connected through the energetic signals of mycelium, warmed by the sun, nourished by all that delicious CO2, providing shelter and food for the squirrels and its branches? Oneness is the fundamental feature of of nature. Division is the fundamental feature of humanity. Which one more likely represents the essence of God? It's been said that the universe is not competitive, it is creative. So which one of those attributes is a higher frequency which is more commonly seen in man fighting for scraps and control or free innovation and acceptance?
The comedian George Carlin may have explained.
[00:01:49] Speaker B: It best, but it's also interesting to notice who it is we assassinate. You ever notice who it is? Stop to think of who it is we kill. It's always people who've told us to live together in harmony and try to love one another. Jesus, Gandhi, Lincoln, John Kennedy, Bobby Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Medgar, Evers, Malcolm X, John Lennon. They all said try to live together peacefully. Bam.
Right in the fucking head.
Apparently we're not ready for that.
[00:02:20] Speaker A: So again I ask you, which is more likely to be representative of God, division or harmony?
I believe God is big enough to exist outside of man made religious frameworks. That God is wise enough to know the hearts of man beyond the outward appearances, the rituals and the self identification with dogma. I believe that God is powerful enough to not worry about the competition, but to simply create that God is and is the invisible force which holds the universe together, holds nature together and holds you together. And if God is this, then God is within you.
So stop looking outside of you to find God. Stop competing with other religious teams to see whose version of God wins the super deification cup. If God is love, then God is harmony, religion is division, God is love, and God is unity.
